Epoxy Floor Finish
Durable, seamless epoxy coatings for garages, warehouses, showrooms, and commercial kitchens — properly prepared and applied to last.
The Right Epoxy System for Every Floor
Different environments need different systems. We match the coating to the conditions — not just what looks good on the day, but what performs for years.
Residential Garage Floors
Transform a bare concrete garage into a clean, sealed surface that resists oil, chemicals, and heavy wear — and looks far better than raw slab.
Warehouse & Factory Floors
Heavy-duty epoxy systems for high-traffic industrial floors. Resistant to forklifts, pallet jacks, and chemical spills.
Showroom & Retail Floors
High-gloss or satin epoxy finishes that create a polished, professional appearance in showrooms, car dealerships, and retail spaces.
Commercial Kitchen Floors
Food-safe, slip-resistant epoxy coatings that meet hygiene standards and withstand heat, moisture, and cleaning chemicals.
Decorative Flake & Metallic Finishes
Colour flake, quartz, or metallic pigment systems that add texture and visual interest while maintaining full durability.
Surface Preparation & Grinding
Proper diamond grinding and acid etching to open the concrete pores for maximum adhesion — the step that determines how long the coating lasts.
Choosing the Right System
| System | Best For | Durability | Finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single-Coat Epoxy | Light residential use | Good | Satin / Semi-Gloss |
| Two-Part Epoxy | Garages & light commercial | Very Good | High Gloss |
| Heavy-Duty Industrial | Warehouses & factories | Excellent | Satin or Gloss |
| Decorative Flake System | Showrooms & garages | Excellent | Textured Gloss |
How an Epoxy Floor Is Done Right
Floor Assessment
We assess the slab condition, check for moisture, identify cracks or damage, and determine the right system for the environment.
Surface Preparation
Diamond grinding removes contaminants and opens the concrete pores for proper adhesion. Cracks filled and edges detailed.
Primer Coat
Penetrating epoxy primer applied to seal the slab and create a strong bond for the topcoat system.
Epoxy Application
Epoxy base coat applied by roller to uniform thickness. Flake or pigment broadcast into wet coat where specified.
Topcoat & Sealer
UV-stable polyurethane or clear epoxy topcoat applied to seal, protect, and provide the final gloss or satin finish.
Cure & Handover
Cure time confirmed before foot or vehicle traffic resumes. Full inspection and handover documentation provided.
